I had an appointment and got in early. They made me comfortable in the service lounge. Offered me coffee or water to drink. Not only did they change my oil, they rotated my tires. I was treated like a VIP and strongly recommend their service. They are seriously competent and a pleasure to have them service my car.

Khalid was great and made the buying process easy. I felt well taken care of and love my new vehicle. The only negative was the pressure from the finance team to enter into a warranty. I understand why they are useful but the continued conversation after saying no repeatedly was off-putting.

I was very impressed and grateful for the salesperson Miguel that I had at Bill Luke. I went to see what kind of car I wanted, to replace my dearly beloved car of 18 years. ,Miguel, by asking some questions, pulled out different types of cars for me to drive. Came into the dealership from out of town to purchase a vehicle after working the internet sales team. The vehicle was prepared and waiting for us. Edgar helped us out, he was knowledgeable and had all the paperwork ready to go. The Bill Luke team made it easy and hassle free.

Miguel was awesome. Informative on the truck and what it could do. Walked us through the process and helped immensely with the trade in numbers. Paired my phone to the truck (I'm challenged with tech, ha!). Added a portable CD player on his own when i mentioned I had more CD's than a radio station. The whole group of people there at Bill Luke Marana were very helpful. Ask for Miguel when you're looking for your next vehicle, tell him some old guy recommended him. You will not be sorry.

Joshua is the first sales consultant that actually listened. The time he took to listen to me really paid off and made my experience so much better than any other by far. Joshua was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Needless to say, I bought a car from him and was not even planning on it. However, he made is so easy and found what I was looking for. It doesn’t stop there. Then I went to Financing. I do not remember the gentleman’s name right now (unfortunately) but he was amazing too. So caring and easy to talk to. He did not rush me and explain everything thoroughly. He made me feel like family. I am beyond happy and relieved with the entire experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Bill Luke Marana dealership. Went truck shopping up at Bill Luke today and went home with a Chevy Colorado! I really liked their web page showing their updated inventory…they even have a clearance row of vehicles! Timothy Oldham was my sales associate and he couldn’t have been more patient, I think I test drove 6 trucks in my two visits. Did I get a good deal… who really knows when buying a vehicle but it was a price I could live with….I would definitely go back and shop Bill Luke for a vehicle…

Gage in the service department did an excellent job at assessing my needs and insuring a timely and thorough completion. Will be returning soon for the air cabin filter which was out of stock and for a transmission fluid flush and change at 90K miles.

Great selection of vehicles and competitive prices. Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. The only downside was the finance department. Rocky was difficult to reach after the purchase, and incorrect information was entered into my account, which temporarily prevented me from making my loan payment. Aside from that, we had a good experience and are very happy with our vehicle.

Had a pleasant deal with Mr Enrique here. He is super friendly and has exceptionally deep knowledge and experience with the cars. Cheers!

Went to Bill Luke in Marana to help mom buy her next car, mind you she is a cash buyer with an 800+ credit score. We were greeted by Andrew Trizuto as our salesman. Andrew was outstanding he was easy to work with and had alot of patience showing mom multiple vehicles and letting her drive them. She finally picked the one that was right for her. It was getting late and Mom is also older, so we asked if we could sign a deal and come back tomorrow to pay for the car. That's when the manager showed up. His name is Dario and he starts with the fast talking which is expected at a car dealership but he said he could give around 1500 off the sale price if mom would finance for 4 months which would save her around 800 bucks total after interest. She was fine with that so Dario came with paperwork that evening that had 1500 off the sale price with a 9% interest rate and he stated if you sign this we have a deal. Forward to the next day we show up at the appointed time and Andrew was still a pleasure to work with and explained we were waiting for finance to finish up with another customer. While waiting I informed Andrew we were not going to buy any additional products like warranties or anything like that. He left the office and here comes Dario with a new contract that has the same sale price but with an 11% interest rate. When asked why the change in interest rate Dario says it the banks fault. So when called out on the change in interest rate he leaves the office saying nothing and sends Andrew back to save the sale by saying they are knocking 300ish off of the security package to bring the price back down to the original agreement. She agreed to the change and we were sent to the final finance guy who's name is Kiko who was also easy to work with because at this point he probably was made aware we were not there to buy extras. Personally I would have just paid the full price cash so Dario would not have gotten his cut for the financing option but that's not what happened. Overall she got a decent deal on the car she wanted but just expect to play the usual dealership game when buying a car at Bill Luke Marana. We have bought here before personally and had to deal with Edgar Gastellum he's horrible if it wasn't the only model vehicle available at the time I would have left the sale but that was not the case at the time. We have also purchased from Bill Luke San Tan and they seem to be a lot more flexible in price than the Marana location. But if you do end up in Marana look to work with Andrew he's great!

I periodically got text messages telling me how my car was doing that they recommended a certain service and whether I wanted it or not giving me the option in the text to decline the service or to accept that I found really nice sometimes I hate saying no you know because my car does need it, but it was all very, very smooth and like I said, Ramon was a sweetheart very sweet very kind and professional. I don’t know why it is that anytime. I do car things. I always feel stupid anyway trying to give that up. I do know stuff about cars. My dad did teach his two girls how to fix cars how to change the oil and all that, but I still feel dumb sometimes anyway again another shout out to Ramon such a professional professionalism. I really really appreciate it.
