Four months ago we came to Bill Luke Marana and was kindly greeted by Diego. Don't count on any customer service after the purchase of your vehicle. Went for my scheduled appointment for the Value Detail Voucher today. Not a positive experience at all. Was completely ignored by two service employees for over ten minutes while they were catching up on non work related conversation. Once I interrupted, I was told someone would be with me shortly. Waited 45 minutes and the car hadn't even been moved nor had anyone talk to me. I was told it would take 30-60 minutes to complete. Had to go, had other appointments. Thanks for nothing, Cariisa Miller.

The dealership is super large. The employees are very friendly and professional. They have thought of everything; entertainment for the kids snacks and drinks. They sold lots of vehicles they day we bought our 2 vehicles. They have a great way of announcing a vehicle was sold....so check them out see for yourself. They have great prices!! This is the first time shopping at this dealership, seller is fine, however I am disappointed in the delivery of my vehicle. I expected to have gas tank at least more than half full. Most dealers they fill up full tank. Additionally to that, the back seat Was filthy there were spots and dust all over the back and even the top of the roof have hand print. I understand its a used car, but at least it should have been clean and vacuumed.
