Nobody beats the service of Bill Luke Marana Service Center. I was not two steps out of my car when Gage greeted me, clipboard in hand, ready to assist me. We briefly discussed the reason for my visit, cost (none, warranty), and time to complete the service. He then led me to the waiting room. Miguel salesman outstanding service professional recommend him to you but not the manager, unsure why they felt like keeping extra money when I was going back the next day to finish buying the car. Guess Miguels manager was a newbie but I did report fraud on Them for charging me a different amount than I agreed to.

Reasonably priced deal, although they were late taking the vehicle back for our appointment, they worked rapidly and quick on the service, they took Apple Pay and was smooth.

Carlos provided a comprehensive, no pressure experience. He was helpful and listened and did not try to sell me anything that I did not want.

Our Salesman was Edgar, we loved him, very professional, and updated us on everything along the way!

I’m grateful to Luis Lopez for assisting back in March 2026 with the trade in and purchase process at Bill Luke Marana. Luis helped make the experience quick and efficient and he was also personable with us. Yesterday I needed help with something in the vehicle that understandably didn’t fall into the standard realm of the prepaid maintenance plan, so I wasn’t exactly sure who to go to for potential assistance. The first salesperson greeted me in the lot and after seeing what I was inquiring about he helpfully directed me to the service area of the property for further assistance. It took a little time and a collective effort, but thankfully I was back safely on the road shortly after that. I value the specific dedication & care I experienced while interacting with the employees inside at the main desk who helped point me in the right direction. I appreciated the dedication to work towards a solution when John Brown & the expert technician Arturo together ultimately saved my day, in just a few minutes time. I have not had the opportunity to utilize the Luke Care Membership yet as it’s only been 3 months since the vehicle purchase, but looking ahead there will be more experiences with Bill Luke Marana as I work with you all to keep the vehicle properly maintained & driving safely.

I want to recognize Andrew Mazzei and Brady Butler for their excellent service they provided for my family and I. They went above and beyond! Excellent job guys!! Highly recommend!!

Try to sum this up the best I can. The staff was very polite, especially my salesperson. But, there was some issues that happened which were both frustrating and suspicious. First I was promised a warranty that would be "thrown into" the deal if I bought that day. That later changed when pen came to paper. Then, after a deal was agreed upon and the offer sheet was signed, they came back to me and claimed that the sales tax was wrong which then increased the price of the vehicle purchase by over $1,100. I was frustrated and decided to walk away that day. I was then called back the next day to come make the deal. Once we moved some numbers around, it was a pretty good deal for the vehicle. I went and sat with the finance guy and sealed the deal. After I arrived home, I received an urgent call from the finance guy to call them back. It seemed that the finance company didn't finance buyback vehicles and we had no deal again. That seemed suspicious to me because when I was in that room with the finance guy he told me he used that bank almost exclusively for every deal because their rates are good. In a lot full of mostly buyback vehicles, I found that odd. So, now, I have the vehicle at my house and they have my trade in there and we have no deal again after all signatures and paperwork were signed. The finance guy told me he'd call me back in a few minutes to get a new finance company. When he called back, the interest rate shot up by almost a point and a half, my payment shot up as well. I told him that I was getting punished for his mistake and he apologized to me multiple times and admitted multiple times it was his fault that happened. I told him that they are going to have to fix it on their end. He called me back a few minutes later with the same payment because they added an extra month to my note, put more money in my trade and discounted my warranty. But the interest rate remained the same; a point and a half higher than my original deal. In the long term, I was going to be paying a couple thousand dollars more now for the same deal I had before his "mistake". I was very pissed off, but I remained professional and was tired of having a deal, then having some strange thing like wrong sales tax, or the bank not financing buyback, that ultimately caused the deal to cancel and have to be redone. Ultimately, out of being exhausted, I took that deal just to get this over with. I received a decent deal on the vehicle because of their errors, but it felt very off to me. I could almost classify it as a bait and switch. Hopefully, if something does happen to my vehicle, I hope the warranty I received isn't somehow not going to cover anything. I guess we'll see. Again, they were very polite and kind, but the deal process was the most suspicious and shady car deal I have ever done in my lifetime of car dealing. I am giving 3 stars because of the staff. If it wasn't for them being polite and kind, this would have been a 1 star rating without question.

We give Luis 5 stars, he was excellent. He was friendly & helpful. The Finance Mgr pressured us to get extra warranty. His attitude changed when we didn’t want them. We purchased 2 cars that day and when we left they only put 1/4 tank of gas in the cars, even though I traded my car in with a full tank of gas. The first place we had to go was the gas station. That alone left a bad taste in our mouths for the dealership.

Andrew was great and went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible.

This was a painless experience from beginning to end! All aspects of the process were excellent. Joey Carlos V and Francisco took great care of me! Thank your Carlos for going above and beyond. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Worth the drive if you live out of town like me.
