I Purchased a vehicle from them 5 months ago (Ram 1500) the truck came with an aftermarket key fob which I expressed to my sale rep . He assured me it was the oem obviously it wasn’t but I left it at that . Last week the wife took it for a quick run mind you her first time ever driving it . I had a great experience at Bill Luke Marana. Sierra responded very quickly to my test drive request, my sales guy Enrique was super knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in and the buying process was relatively quick and easy.

Enrique at Bill Luke in Marana is very helpful when looking for a used car. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and then ensured the Service Dept at Bill Luke's got the car ready to take. The car had just arrived and Enrique went out of his way to help us on a late Sunday afternoon. We feel we got amazing customer service from him.
Bought a 2022 Chrysler voyager with 45,000 miles on it on October 14, 24 from Andrew . As soon as I drove it off the lot the ac stopped working. Then on December 23 the vehicle lost power engine light came on, It barely made it home. I called Andrew the next day and got the runaround, after 3 days of excuses he said the vehicle was not covered by their 3 month xx warranty. The problem ended up being the valve body in the transmission. If you buy from these guys don’t depend on them to stand behind there vehicle!
The internal communication and post sales customer service at Bill Luke unfortunately is horrendous. We worked with Darius who was attentive, direct, efficient and all around great to work with. Post sales, from finance on has been a complete clown show. Despite finance pushing fear, uncertainty and doubt regarding building credit and credit scores, that was complete fodder. We were able to close a cash transaction annoyed, but peacefully. All the sales docs were to be emailed, title and tag handled by the dealer.

Great pleasure working with Chris and Rocky with the purchase of the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
I had been shopping for a car and grew tired of hidden "reconditioning" fees and other add-ons from dealers. I also was surprised how few phone calls or emails were even returned. The lack of follow up even after I said I wanted to purchase a vehicle was horrible.

Purchased a ram 1500 from bill Luke Marana Paul C was my sales associate and I can’t thank him enough for making my purchase a non-pressured and pleasant experience.
STAY AWAY, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!! They will pull a credit report without your permission. When you want to take the car to a mechanic before purchasing they do high pressure sales. They lied about the car not needing tires and were fine to send me out the door with bad tires. The upper management are pushy and rude. My salesman Roger was awesome, too bad he works for such a shady company.
Talk about bait and switch. My parents called about a vehicle and worked out the details. I had to go pick them up at their house and drive them to the lot, and it was a long drive. Update review from 1 star to 3 star. after 6 plus weeks of back and forth e mails and text i fiinaly got paint touch up and floor mat installed. Thanks to JANNELLE the Service Manager . I was pleased with my recent purchase from Bill Luke Marana. This is my 3rd vehicle from Bill Luke. I emailed to check on availability via Auto Trader. I was sent a text message within a few minutes. Beware of additional service scam(s), had my vehicle in for schedule service and they sent me a text message saying that the mechanic recommended replacing my engine air filter as they were getting dirty well unfortunately they had lied to me as I had them recently replaced and I actually inspected them after I picked up my vehicle and they were clean like brand new still so I don't know why they would lie to me like that did the mechanic even look at the filters or just a scam to make extra money? I am happy with the vehicle I purchased but the sales transaction was deceptive. They definitely over-promised and under-performed so I would finance the sale and they could make more money. Ended up paying extra unnecessary fees and interest. Also complete lack of communication and professionalism. I had to continually check in on the status of my paperwork and even dropped by 5 weeks after the sale. Disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.
I have always felt that the Bill Luke Organization was a top notce company. Good job.

Ended up purchasing a vehicle a week after we had test driven it and then thought it was sold.
