Edgar helped me buy a 2023 Tesla Model 3 and was great. I especially enjoyed the financing guy, this was the least pushy experience I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. No true coat, extended warranty or gap insurance spiel that goes on for 30 minutes. I had to dock a star because the car I purchased was still linked to the prior owner. You cannot access most of the cars features or even use Tesla superchargers until you can link yourself to the car itself, which requires either the old owner to unlink or Tesla support to manually unlink. I initially started looking online and was assisted immediately. Luis (Carlos) assisted when I came to the dealership. He was very welcoming and patient. I would recommend him to anyone. Although it was crazy hot outside he continued to go out and bring different vehicles around for me to see. He never complained and remained friendly.

I called the Bill Luke service center and was told to bring the car by, ended up getting Gage Goodman as an advisor. He was fantastic!!
